Nonpartisan California Veteran Hub

About
Veterans of California is an information hub created to connect California veterans, service members, military families, and supporters with the resources, legislative education, events, and community updates that shape life across the state.
Our mission is straightforward: close the gap between California's veteran community, the resources that support them, and the state legislative process that affects their opportunities, well-being, and quality of life.
Founded by veterans Nick Busse and Sal Hernandez, Veterans of California was built on the belief that veterans deserve a clear path to understand what is happening in their communities, how the legislative process works, and where to find meaningful support across the state.
This platform exists to elevate veteran voices, strengthen community connection, and create a bridge between our heroes, public resources, and California's civic landscape.
Sincerely,
Nick Busse & Sal Hernandez
"Everything that has been built, defended, and preserved in America continues to stand because of those willing to serve."
