A Meaningful Step for California’s Disabled Veterans

AB 2022 has taken an important step forward in the California Senate. The legislation would expand property-tax relief for qualifying 100% disabled veterans and eligible surviving spouses, with a proposed 50% exemption for most qualified homeowners and a possible full exemption for certain lower-income veterans.
