California Makes History: America 250 Lights Up the State Capitol

For the first time in California history, the State Capitol dome and facade were illuminated in red, white, and blue as Assemblyman Jeff Gonzalez, the California Legislative Veteran Caucus, service members, and community leaders gathered on the West Steps to kick off America's 250th birthday celebration.
