San Diego company's new military robot sweeps sea floor for mines

San Diego–based Greensea IQ has developed the Bayonet 250, an underwater tracked robot for the U.S. Marine Corps that clears sea mines in surf zones and depths over 300 feet — following an $18M Navy contract after Strait of Hormuz mine-clearing operations.
