Sierra Pregnancy + Health is a nonprofit medical clinic in Roseville, California providing life-affirming care, practical help, and resources before, during, and after pregnancy. Every service is free and confidential — for women and for men. For military families juggling deployments, PCS moves, and new-parent stress, it is a no-cost place to get real medical answers and steady support.

Medical Clinic Services
Free lab-quality pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds for pregnancy confirmation and dating, and STI/STD testing and treatment — all provided by licensed medical staff at no cost.
Pregnancy & Options Support
One-on-one consultations to understand your pregnancy options, plus practical help and referrals before, during, and after pregnancy.
Parenting Classes & Material Support
Prenatal and parenting education classes that also earn material assistance — diapers, wipes, clothing, and baby essentials for new and expecting parents.
Fatherhood Coaching (Men's Services)
A dedicated program for dads and dads-to-be: one-on-one fatherhood coaching and mentoring, men's classes, STI testing, and support navigating an unexpected pregnancy. Built for men who want to show up for their family and don't know where to start.
